The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of the cycle count program, all files and records relating to material movement and reconciling all variances.

Location:

Ingersoll, ON

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate quantity/location records
  • Perform daily cycle counts based on KPI goals and enter results in the DAX MRP system
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the Purchasing team to coordinate material flow
  • Inspect date-sensitive products, manage expirations and review the Obsolete Inventory list
  • Monitor subcontractor inventory and oversee material transfers and adjustments
  • Manage government/customer inventory records, logs and reports
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Oversee and organize packaging materials for WIP and FGI processing
  • Support annual physical inventory and year-end ledger adjustments
  • Ensure timely inventory availability for production and perform weekly WIP counts

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of materials procedures, inventory control, cycle counting and warehousing
  • Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including prompt responses under pressure
  • Proactive, goal oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to multitask, manage interruptions and collaborate with other departments
