The Tool Maker is responsible for creating precision-quality product samples, as well as production tools, guides, and holding devices used in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of product quality samples for testing
- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain tools, dies and fixtures using blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD software
- Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, grinders and milling machines
- Inspect tools for quality and precision using measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling solutions
- Response to equipment problems in a timely & customer-oriented manner
- Sound knowledge of all safety standards, policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to build to print

Hours of Work:

The Health & Safety Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s health and safety program. This role is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, conducting inspections and audits, assisting with investigations, coordinating training, and supporting compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.

- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation (e.g., OHSA, WSIB reporting, Human Rights, ESA).

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of all logistics activities within the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, develop and evaluate Logistics team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Planning and supervising workloads, creating training tools, reviewing and updating work instructions.
- In collaboration with management, define and achieve supply chain strategies and objectives regarding quality of service and cost optimization.
- Supervise daily logistics operations including receiving, inventory control, material handling and shipping.

The Millwright will install, dismantle, move and perform maintenance on machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, blueprints or other drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a versatile environment to maintain and enhance plant machinery and equipment, focusing on process improvement.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment as per standardized procedures, such as lubrication, oil changes, and air filter replacements for blower motors.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, drives, bearings, and gears.
- Ensure proper functionality of controls and safety measures.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team as needed.
- Experience with heat treat equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry
- Strong problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting equipment issues, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Leadership skills
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions
